Analisis Nilai Ekuivalensi Mobil Penumpang (Emp) Pada Ruas Jalan Antasari Bandar Lampung Dengan Menggunakan Metode Regresi Linier
Passenger Car Equivalence (PCE) is an approach used to convert medium vehicles and motorcycles into passenger car units. In PKJI 2023, each type of vehicle has an PCE value determined based on the flow and characteristics of the vehicle. The PCE value also changes along with the increase in flow and vehicle characteristics. This study aims to examine the PCE value that occurs in the field. The study was conducted on Jalan Antasari using the multiple linear regression method. In this method, traffic flow data from different types of vehicles as well as passenger car speeds are used as the main variables in the equation. This method was chosen because the volume of each type of vehicle is believed to affect the change in the speed of the passenger car. The results of the analysis show that the PCE value for West to East is 0.87 for motorcycles and 9.97 for medium vehicles. Meanwhile, for the East to West direction, the PCE value obtained was 0.42 for motorcycles and 1.63 for medium vehicles. There is a significant difference between the PCE value in the field and the value listed in the 2023 PKJI for urban roads. This is due to variations in the distribution of vehicle volume, which affects the speed of passenger cars in the field.
