ABSTRAK Sehubungan dengan gaya hidup dan kesibukan aktifitas masyarakat pada zaman ini, sehingga perlu mengundurkan diri atau mengasingkan diri dari dunia ramai untuk mencari ketenangan batin dengan pergi ketempat yang sunyi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini dibutuhkan fasilitas atau wadah yang ideal yaitu Rumah Retret. Kebutuhan akan fasilitas ini memicu lembaga Katolik merencanakan pembangunan kawasan rumah retret di Pesawaran dengan lahan seluas 6,7 Ha. Proyek Rumah Retret ini akan dibangun di Pesawaran, Lampung Selatan tepat bersebelahan dengan Taman Hutan Raya yang merupakan area hutan lindung. Lokasi ini dekat perbukitan yang mendukung area rumah retret yang memerlukan suasana hening dan tenang, jauh dari ramainya daerah perkotaan. Dari permasalahan di atas maka didapat perancangan dengan menjawab isu perancangan yang ada berupa zoning, jalur sirkulasi dan kontur. Fasilitas yang akan tersedia berupa fasilitas ibadah, fasilitas hunian, serta fasilitas pendidikan. ABSTRACT Due to the lifestyle and busyness of people’s activities at this time, it is necesarry to resign or isolate oneself from the busy world to find inner peace by going to a quiet place. To solve this problem, an ideal facility or container is needed, namely a Retreat House. The need for this facility has prompted the Catholic institution to plan to build a Retreat House area in Pesawaran, with an area of 6,7 hectares. This Retreat House project will be built in Pesawaran, South Lampung, right next to Taman Hutan Raya which is a protected forest area. This location is near hills that support the Retreat House area that requires a quiet and calm atmosphere, away from the bustle or urban areas. From the problems above, the design is obtained by answering the existing design issues in the form of zoning, circulation paths and contours. Facilities that will be available in the form of religious facilities, residential facilities and educational facilities. Keywords: Retreat House ; Atmosphere ; Design Issues
