Perancangan Lifestyle Center Dengan Pendekatan Pola Desain Biophilik

In Bandar Lampung City itself, the existence of a conventional mall is sufficient to support these parameters. However, in this pandemic era, the issue of economic level problems and the psychological need for open space has become a matter of considerable concern. A balance between both of them is needed to improve the situation and improve the quality of the shopping center. those are being the background for planning the Lifestyle Center project, which is an open mall concept that is different from a traditional mall in general. That open concept is combined with the Biophilic Design concept approach which has a pattern of principles as a guide in designing. The location of this project is on Jalan Pangeran Antasari, Bandar Lampung. The project area is limited by regulations related to KDB, KLB, and GSB so that it only consists of 3 floors and 1 basement. There are 2 types of building masses, mall and parking area with the concept of hidden parking. Among the masses of the building, a connector in the form of a semi-outdoor green open space is an implementation of the principle of visual connection with the nature of biophilic design, the existence of the connection space is expected to support the facilities and needs of the building users later.
